Can I exchange an item?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to exchange an item directly. To receive the desired item, you can place a new order in our webshop and return the other item.
Return conditions
- – Jewelry and lingerie cannot be returned due to hygiene.
- – Garments may not be returned if they have been worn and/or washed.
- – It is important that the clothing/shoes do not smell of body odor, cigarette odor or animal odor.
- – Garments cannot be returned if there are make-up stains on them.
- – The package must be provided with the original packaging and cards.
Returns Processing
If you return an order, we will check the condition of the returned item. If it is in good condition, you will be notified by e-mail and within 14 days after receipt of the package the paid amount will be reimbursed, excluding shipping costs.
Sale items may be returned, but for these items you will receive an (online) shopping credit worth the purchase amount.
